Our hours of operation are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm daily.

When You Arrive

Welcome to Gjusta Bakery - To help us serve everyone smoothly and fairly, we use a ticketed ordering system. Please pull a ticket upon arrival and wait for a server to call your number, which will be displayed in red at the center of the bakery. Tickets are used for both dine-in and takeout, and allow you to order from our full menu.

Express Line - To-go pantry items, beverages, pastries, and bread are available first-come, first-served through our express line. Please queue along the ramp as directed.

Outdoor patio seating is available. We kindly ask that tables not be claimed before placing your order, as our seating flows on a rotating system designed to work for everyone.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed inside or on the patio. Working service dogs are allowed in accordance with ADA guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
